Details: Chuck’s bathroom renovation

This renovation was a challenge because the structure needed to be reinforced in order to pass inspection. Chuck had previously hired a contractor but he was unable to get the job to code so Chuck asked me to take over and make the structure sound. The bathroom was fairly simple. We added radiant heated floors and porcelain tile with simple accents. The city signed off and chuck was happy.
